Cancellation policy, Warranty (liability for defects) and Care and material information

First of all – here is a brief summary for you:

Our products are individually made for you – that's why you can't simply return them if you change your mind.

No cancellation for personalized items.

We also do not accept returns of worn or washed products for hygiene reasons.

But: Should something go wrong (incorrect print, delivered damaged, poor quality), we'll take care of a replacement or a solution immediately. Go to Contact and write to me.

Important note: Depending on the fiber or material, slight changes in size or shape may occur. To ensure your products stay beautiful for a long time, please follow the care instructions:

Legal regulations

  • Cancellation policy

    Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,

    • which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or
    • which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB).


    In addition, for reasons of health protection and hygiene , worn or washed goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code).


    Since our products are manufactured according to your individual specifications using the print-on-demand process, cancellation is generally excluded .

  • Warranty (liability for defects)

    The statutory liability for defects according to §§ 434 ff. BGB applies to all our products.

    • Your claims are valid for 2 years from receipt of the goods.
    • If a product is defective (e.g. incorrect printing, damaged or faulty), you are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement).
    • If subsequent performance is not possible or unreasonable, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.


    Please report any defects to us as soon as possible with a brief description and, if possible, photos.

  • Care and material information

    Please note that slight variations in size or shape may occur depending on the material composition. This does not constitute a defect.

    Care instructions for the garments

    • Garments can be machine washed at 40°C ; however, we recommend 30°C to improve print durability.
    • Hang to dry and iron at medium temperature.
    • To preserve colors and prevent bleeding, wash garments inside out with similar colors .
    • Do not dry clean and do not iron directly onto the print .
    • If necessary, use only chlorine-free bleach .

    All garments have a sewn-in care label in the inner seam. Size labels are sewn into the shoulder seam and are not visible from the outside.
